We have an immediate opportunity for a Coordinator, Gallery & Art Fair Services for our El Segundo team! In this role you will manage the full lifecycle of international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of air, sea, and ground freight. The successful Coordinator will have exceptional communication skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams, clients, vendors, and government agencies. You’ll be a key contributor in maintaining file integrity, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction.
