Newsflash: List 4A Products Excluded from China Tariff
We have been informed that works of art have been excluded from the Section 301 additional tariffs on goods from China (7.5%). Exclusions are retroactive, so importers may now claim refunds on additional duties paid on Chinese artwork imported since September 1, 2019.
