Newsflash: US-China Tariff Agreement Effective on December 1st
Though originally anticipated to become effective January 1, the U.S. has decided to postpone the List 3 (U.S. 301) tariff increases, which contains over 5,000 tariff lines. The White House has agreed to delay the list 3 tariffs for 90 days from December 1.

Newsflash: Additional List of Tariff Codes for Chinese-Origin Goods
Please be advised, on September 17th, 2018 the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (“USTR”) announced a final list of tariff codes covering Chinese origin products that will be subject to additional tariffs. The products included on the list, known as “List 3” will be subject to 10% additional duty effective on September 24, 2018 until the end of the year.
